Program description

The Wattwise Residence SMS Program is a home services information program offering two separate, optional text message choices: account notifications and recurring marketing messages about home energy tips and resources. Account notifications cover subscription confirmations, tip delivery, reminder scheduling, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and HELP replies. Marketing messages cover promotional offers, new Wattwise Residence resources, featured home energy tips, special campaigns, and newly available checklists and tools. Content relates to heating, cooling, lighting, insulation, and daily energy habits.

Wattwise Residence is not a contractor, installer, repair company, or home service provider, and does not perform, dispatch, supervise, guarantee, or warrant home improvement work.

• Account Notifications: Tip delivery, Reminder scheduling updates, Opt-in and opt-out confirmations, HELP replies. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing: Promotional offers, New resources and services, Featured home energy tips, Special campaigns, New checklists and tools. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking one or both separate, unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page and submitting the form with a valid mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Wattwise Residence: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to resubscribe." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
